There have been 17 BC Hydro Power line homes - also known as Tsawwassen Heights home sold . The selling prices are less then the actual purchase prices from the previous home owners but the sellers BC HYDRO are firm with the list and sell price.
Next week there are apparently many more new homes being introduced to the market in Tsawwassen.

Open House - Sells House !! August 23 was a great Sunday for Open House. I had over a dozen sets of people through an Open House in Tsawwassen, which consequently resulted in an offer to purchase.
Guess where the majority of people came from? They viewed the new and helpful website www.deltaopenhouse.ca to see which properties were to be held open. They can also view every property for sale in tsawwassen and Ladner.
There were many people visiting the Tsawwassen Open House from out of area. This weekend was predominately folks from Richmond area considering a move to a more quiet community.

Tsawwassen Open House at 5290 1st Ave was busy on the long weekend of August 2. Many parties came through the open, some from the Optimist Ad and others from reviewing our popular website www.deltaopenhouse.ca Although it was a great long weekend for weather and many people away, there are still many active buyers out looking.
