Full time commitment, Strong negotiating skills and knowledge of the market are key to being the right Realtor to sell your home.

Buyers are looked after every step of the way.  It is important to choose a Realtor that has your best interest at heart when shopping for a home.  It takes committed time and keeping up to date with the market every minute to be certain that your Buyers do not miss out on the home they've been dreaming of.

Trisha especially loves the referrals that come from previous buyers and takes great strides to look after first time buyers.  Its a big step for any first time buyer , especially in a city that is so much more expensive then the rest of Canada.  The home has to have true value to match the money spent or borrowed.

On a personal level, Trisha lives in Tsawwassen with her husband Lloyd, her sons Ryan and Stephen and her new Puppy Lilly.

Hobby's are travel, cycling, hiking whenever time permits.   Cooking for friends and family is the  best past time - again when time permits.

Her note to new Realtors is to work hard, be committed to the job if its what you love and enjoy the good relationships that you build with all types of people
